adik ku di Gaza bermatian mempertahankan Islam,
saudara ku di Malaysia berkinjaan konon mempertahankan kejuaraan (what the heck?!).
Entah di mana prihatin yang diuar-uarkan.

Sedang masjid roboh di Gaza masih dikunjungi,
masih dimakmuri,
masjid indah lengkap serba serbi di tanah air sendiri,
mengapa sepi,
MENGAPA BEGINI?
masih kah belum mengerti?
isyarat Tuhan buat umat yang alpa ini.
Jangan sampai matahari enggan muncul di timur lagi,
baru terhegah menyesali perbuatan sendiri.
